Join us for our 'Fresh Air Fall Spin Classes'

We have 2 classes to offer this Fall all starting the week of October 10th.

We have a co-ed spin on Thursday's  as well as a Women's only option on Wednesday's. Each class will be led by professional cyclist and coach Jordan Cheyne. They will be fun, focused and geared to keep you fit!

The cost is just $120 for 10 weeks. We offer a rent-to-own trainer program and FREE trainer storage.

Wednesdays (6:30pm)
Women’s Specific Ride
October 12th-December 14th
A fun group atmosphere focused on building different elements of cycling fitness like strength, cadence, climbing and speed. The workouts will build gradually and will be customizable to all levels of ability from beginner to experienced racers.
10 weeks/60-75 minutes per session

 

Thursdays (6:30pm)
Fundamental Fitness Cycling Class
October 13th-December 15th
This class will help maintain and build new levels of cycling fitness through the winter with a progression of intense and fun workouts. Classes will feature a variety of intervals and drills to work on climbing, strength, power and cycling efficiency.
10 weeks/60-75 minutes per session

$120 for 10 weeks (or $15 drop-in)

Trainer rentals $15 per session. Ask about our Rent to Own trainer program.
