Fresh Air Mini Vlog 61: Trail Conditions Are Unreal + Across the Lake Swim Pickup This Week

Well guys, here we go — summer is crawling along, and this weather has been wild. A little sun, a little moisture, but the mountain bike trails are absolutely unreal right now. And if you’ve been up to SilverStar, you already know the bike park is firing on all cylinders. Hopefully everyone’s had a chance to sneak out for a ride.

It’s been a busy stretch in the shop too. We had the Mid-Summer 8K last weekend, and this weekend is the big one — the Across the Lake Swim. If you’re swinging by for package pickup, come check out the store… just don’t be surprised when you walk in and see the floor cleared. We’re moving every bike out of the way for the event, and once it wraps up… we’re flipping the whole store back to winter mode.

Yep — winter is coming. We’ve got winter orders landing already: skis, snowboards, cross-country gear, all rolling in earlier than you’d expect. And on top of that, 2026 bikes are starting to arrive too. The back half of summer is going to be stacked.

So get out, enjoy the mountains, soak up the sunshine, and breathe in that fresh air while we keep things rolling on our end.
