History

Martin Magnusson & Co., a family business with its origins dating back to 1936, is currently managed by the third and fourth generations of the Magnusson family. All aspects of design and development are centralized at the company's headquarters in the charming village of Hestra, Sweden.

Our gloves are crafted in our own manufacturing facilities, and we personally source all the leather, fabric, wool, and other materials. This hands-on approach grants us complete control over the production process, ensuring a consistently high level of quality. Some of our glove models are even meticulously handmade by some of the most skilled glove makers in Europe.

In 2021, we proudly produced over 2 million pairs of gloves. The company's headquarters in Sweden is home to around 60 dedicated employees. Additionally, we have subsidiaries in the United States, Norway, and Germany, along with a network of agents, distributors, and retailers spanning over 40 countries.

The System

Achieving both dry and warm hands is possible by incorporating gloves with various features. The Hestra glove system operates on the layering concept, allowing you to adapt to the prevailing weather conditions and your level of activity by using multiple layers of gloves. This ensures optimal temperature regulation.
