Place Your Order
1. Under Delivery Options, select Pickup In Store
2. Choose your desired location:
- Dilworth at 1656 Dilworth Drive or
- Pandosy at 555 Groves Avenue.
*Please allow up to 24-48 hours for processing as items may need to be transferred between stores, however most orders can be ready for pickup with 24 hours.
1. Please wait for your confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup!
*In some cases your items may be at the location not selected for pickup and we require time to transfer the item.
Picking Up Your Order
1. Please ensure you have your order confirmation and a valid photo ID matching your purchase when picking up your order. These two items are required for pick up.
2. If you will be sending a third party on your behalf please email in advance to: email@example.com with full details so we can add the information to your order.

Please allow for 24-48 hours for order processing. In most cases orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours however some items may need to be transferred between stores to the desired pickup location. You will received an email confirming your order is ready for pickup.
We will call you after your purchase to ensure you have everything you need after we receive your order or if we require any additional information for set up. Please allow 24-48 hours for our technicians inspect your bike to ensure everything is safely set up for you to ride
If you need to change your shipment details after it has left our facility please contact us right away and we will do our best to adjust the shipment. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 250-763-3425 (extension #3 for online sales) to leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
