Another Early Mountain Bike Season for Predator Ridge
For the second season in a row, Predator Ridge is opening its mountain bike trails early, thanks to favourable weather and dry trails.
“With the early spring weather, we were able to open the trails sooner than anticipated,” says Carmen Lindsay, Director of Recreation.
What’s new in the bike shop
The bike shop is kitted out with a whole new, exciting collection of rides to explore the trails this season.
“Fresh Air has hooked us up with an incredible new fleet of electric mountain bikes and electric cruiser bikes to rent,” Carmen says. “It’s really exciting.”
The bike shop is fully stocked with kids' bikes, mountain bikes, cruisers, and tow-behind trailers, and Predator Ridge is one of the few outfits that offer mountain bike rentals in the Okanagan.

Where to ride
The Okanagan Rail Trail Experience
This 48.5 km route follows a discontinued rail corridor and passes 27 km of lakefront from Coldstream to Lake Country with a shuttle service to enjoy your ride without worrying about point-to-point logistics.
“It’s perfect for a new adventure or to show off the Okanagan to your friends and family,” says Carmen.
Experience the perfect Okanagan day biking along Kalamalka Lake with a picnic in tow or stopping for lunch at Pane Vino.
Predator Ridge Trails
The 14 km of dedicated mountain bike trails at Predator Ridge connect directly to Ellison Provincial Park for an additional 40 km of riding to satisfy every level of shredder — from the black diamond Jungle Gym Jumps to the blue lines at the Rock Garden Playground.
End the day with an après with a view from the newly renovated patio at the Range.
